Suspension/cancellation procedure for support (automatic )

If you wish to stop credit card payment automatically, please click the "Stop continuing support" button below. You will need your "Customer ID" and "Password." These will be sent to the email address you registered when you made your credit card payment with the subject "Notice of completion of credit card payment (Pappus)" and your "Customer ID" and "Password" will be sent to you.

If you don't know your password, please click the reissue password button.

Suspension/Cancellation Form (Manual)

If you do not know your customer ID or password, please complete the procedure using the form below. Pappus staff will assist you, so if the request falls on a weekend or public holiday, it may take until the following week to be processed.
