We have received multiple reports of victims who were forced to appear in adult videos after being followed on Twitter by a male celebrity who is also an adult video actor (hereafter referred to as the perpetrator), who skillfully extorted their hometowns and LINE contact information.
According to the testimony of several victims who have sought advice, the perpetrators send messages on Twitter and LINE saying things like, "I want to have sex with you" or "I want to take a sex video of you," and then select those who try to change the subject and settle the matter peacefully, or those who are unable to say no to their sexual demands.
after that,
"I'm coming nearby for you, I've booked a luxury hotel for a few days."
"Cancellation fees will apply"
"You know what happens if we don't meet, right?"
"I've already checked into a luxury hotel."
The perpetrator will skillfully exploit the victim's feelings of guilt for not meeting the victim. They will lure you to a hotel room. If you have already given the perpetrator your personal information, you will be in fear of what they will do to you if you refuse.
From the moment she arrived at the hotel room and opened the door, she was filmed having sex with someone without any opportunity to refuse. Because it was a one-on-one session in a closed room, she panicked and her mind went blank, and she was forced to continue filming without being able to refuse.
After the filming, the victim is handed several tens of thousands to several hundred thousand yen in cash and released, but what is common to many of our clients is that due to their fear of the perpetrator, they are unable to refuse to accept the cash and are driven by a desire to settle the matter peacefully.
After that, the perpetrators indirectly threaten the victim by uploading sexual videos to blogs, etc., and extract a large amount of penalty money. They may also threaten the victim by threatening to hire a lawyer.
However, such AV appearances may violate not only the Worker Dispatch Law and the Employment Security Law (work harmful to public morals), but also the Specified Commercial Transactions Law, the Consumer Contract Law, Article 182 of the Penal Code (solicitation of lewd acts) and the Anti-Prostitution Law (punishment of businesses). The victims are not punished for this.
